One YeAr ShOTs

Kashlee had her one year shots today. She had to have 4 of them. I always feel so bad because you have to hold them down and they trust you with there life's and you subject them to pain the the soft part of there legs. On these days you feel like you are the worst mom and then one who is only looking out for there health. So what is a mom to do. Give them Tylenol, buy them a toy, feed them french Fry's and just love them. Then on the way home she fell asleep with a french fry in her mouth, exhausted from her meds, and such a horrible day.

Tractor

A few years ago justin got this tractor for Christmas and it has made alot of moves and has fallen apart a number of times. Its so neat to see that kashlee has the same love for the worn in red tractor. All she wants to do is sit and wait for her daddy to come home. {That is her favorite time of day.} When he comes home she says,"Hi,Hi,Hi" till he acknowledges her. Then hugs him for about an hour and wont leave his side the rest of the day. Boy is she going to have him wrapped around her finger. You think?

BirThDay GirL

Kashlee turned one!! Yesterday she had her first birthday. Boy did time go by fast and having too much fun. Unfortunitly I was not feeling good and coulnd do all that I had planned. But it was still a good day. We had a huge easter egg hunt with all her boy cousins. She is the only girl in this Alder family of boys. Spoiled huh!! You bet she got all the good gifts, Thanks to all our family and friends you guys are the best, kashlee is in heaven!

First Pine Wood Derby

Justin had his first pine wood derby on Friday. And you wont believe that he won first place. I don't know if justin or his dad was more excited about the win. So then on Saturday we went to district in thatcher, and sad to say that he didn't win. But he had a good time and cant wait till next year.

Ever since Kashlee figured out how to crawl and walk the house isn't safe anymore!! I thought that my house it pretty much baby proof and that we were pretty good. Well we are relearning that it isn't the case anymore. She likes the green grass in my plant in the kitchen and the toilet paper in the bathroom and her wipes can be emptied in 3 seconds flat!! But what would my life be if we didn't have her to keep us young and going 24/7!! Boy do we love this little girl!!

My Baby Girl

Boy time has gone by fast. My baby girl is growing up so fast. This Sunday she is going to be 1 year old. I know, we worked so hard to get her here and then she grows up on us. She also had her third appointment with her hemangeoma Dr. If anybody ever has to see a plastics surgeon he's the one to see. For those who don't know when kashlee was 2 months old she had a purple dot on her eyebrow, so we took her to our Dr and he said that it was no big deal and that it would go away on its own. But being concerned parents that we are, we went a step further and saw a surgeon{who we love} and it has since been going down like he said. We see him every other month so he can keep an eye on it.

SOLD!!

We finally sold my yukon!! Now I get to find a new car. Hard but fun, and I am so excited to get something I really want. And that will fit my whole family. We are also going to do invitro this summer and we are putting in more than one and might need to fit our whole family, if its more than one. SCARY!!

I've decided to start blogging with the push of my sister and the need to keep more in touch of the lives of out kids. Then maybe this could push me to keep somewhat of a journal. Hope you all will see the humor in all thing like we do!
